Meet Artemis Select
Artemis Select is a small-group training studio in Oceanport, New Jersey, founded by 20-year industry veteran Rolland Cheng. Six clients train at once, each at a station with a tablet and their own periodized program — personal training economics with group energy. Members range from their mid-20s to 85, and the studio runs formal movement, performance and longevity assessments rather than generic class programming.

Four platforms that didn’t talk to each other, a spreadsheet sitting in the middle of his programming, and a vendor charging more every year for less.
